Job Title: Yard Supervisor

About the Role:

MG Scaffolding Ltd, a member of RSK Group, is seeking an experienced Yard Supervisor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This varied role will be based at their depot in Banbury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct yard stock checks and counts of materials ready for use.
  • Liaise with other depots concerning the supplying of materials and collection of materials from depot to depot.
  • Ensure yard timesheets and delivery paperwork are correctly completed and submitted.
  • Manage junior yard personnel.
  • Ensure forklifts are checked daily and running safely.
  • Manage the branches' transport requirements.

Person Specification:

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Forklift truck license (training can be given).
  • An HGV license would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Knowledge of scaffolding materials (tube and fitting) would be an advantage.
  • Physically fit due to the nature of the role.
  • Good administration and basic computer skills.
