We're seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead our Readymix team on one of Europe's largest infrastructure projects at our Chipping Warden site. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing daily production, ensuring safety and operational standards, and driving performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise RMX operational teams
  • Deliver toolbox talks and manage daily production
  • Control operational costs and manage stocks
  • Drive operational performance through KPIs

Requirements:

  • Experience in plant operations
  • Previous experience in Readymix or Aggregates environments
  • Familiarity with Risk Assessments and Safe System of Work Systems
