Zachary Daniels Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a rapidly expanding retail business as a key member of their management team. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of a dynamic company.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving forward both turnover and revenues from the store based on lean principles, while maintaining a close focus on financial KPIs, including wages, wastage and shrinkage. As well as this, they will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring high standards in store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance, and complying with all Health & Safety policies and legislation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of a department
- Act as Duty Manager for the entire store in the absence of Store Management
- Assist Store Management in achieving company KPI's
- Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service
- Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and legislation

About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual with a proven track record in a fast-paced retail environment. You should be able to demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, you must be target-driven and customer-service orientated.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately £27,000 per annum, and our client offers a range of benefits to its employees, including competitive pay and opportunities for career progression.
