Job Overview

The successful candidate will have experience of providing services to a broad variety of patients and demonstrate good clinical knowledge and skills. You will be responsible for assisting the Deputy Chief Pharmacist, Clinical Services in developing Medicines Reconciliation processes within the Trust.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to motivate self and others, and a proven track record of managing change. Familiarity with CMM (formerly JAC) Pharmacy Computer System is highly desirable.
