Responsibilities- Design and implement corporate Knowledge Management and Client Record Filing Structure systems.
- Co-ordinate activities related to document control procedure including version control, authority, and accountability.
- Develop and manage business archiving practices ensuring all documentation is stored efficiently and accessible at all times.
- Work with the team to continuously improve procedures and systems for document control.
Requirements
- Previous experience in document management preferably in real estate, construction, or professional services.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and tools like SharePoint, NetSuite, and iManage property or CAFM systems.
- Experience with electronic document management systems.
- Background in project or stakeholder management and expertise in system design is desirable.
