Bidwells is a leading real estate consultancy with a strong presence in the UK. Our Compliance, Technology & Innovation team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement corporate Knowledge Management and Client Record Filing Structure systems.
  • Co-ordinate activities related to document control procedure including version control, authority, and accountability.
  • Develop and manage business archiving practices ensuring all documentation is stored efficiently and accessible at all times.
  • Work with the team to continuously improve procedures and systems for document control.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in document management preferably in real estate, construction, or professional services.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and tools like SharePoint, NetSuite, and iManage property or CAFM systems.
  • Experience with electronic document management systems.
  • Background in project or stakeholder management and expertise in system design is desirable.
