Regional Sales Director

Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging role in the South West region?
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to cover Exeter, Taunton & Torquay. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of hunting new business, a consultative sales approach, and a background in face-to-face, field sales.
Key Responsibilities- Actively seek out new sales lead opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- Utilise provided cold data to follow up sales leads and develop them into potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and present our supply/collection solutions as the best choice.
- Accountable for timely and accurate completion of CRM system requirements to track and manage all aspects of sales leads and customer interactions.
- Closely manage sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- In case of unsuccessful sales, gain customer agreement to be contacted in the future and pass the lead to Telesales for follow-up.
- Ensure full customer detail is recorded for proper servicing and passing to Customer Services after the first sale.
- Full UK Driving Licence and own car are essential for this role.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm (some flexibility may be possible).
- Field-based, face-to-face, business-to-business sales experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage your schedule while acting as a team member of the wider sales team.
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 p.a. + car allowance & commission
