Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Care Assistant who can deliver the support and care our residents require. No experience is necessary, as we provide excellent learning and development opportunities.

Estimated Salary: £19,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

About the Role

This role involves delivering quality personal care to each of our residents, supporting them with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating, and maintaining personal hygiene.

You will also be responsible for understanding our residents' communication needs and adapting your communication to each individual.

In addition, you will provide emotional support to individuals and their families, working with significant people in our residents' lives by giving them confidence and reassurance.
