Hospitality Support Specialist

The Hospitality Support Specialist role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Moxy Manchester City Hotel and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring they feel at home.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Operate the bar and prepare exciting cocktails for our guests.
- Manage hotel room inventory and check guests in and out efficiently.
- Process bills and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries, and organize back-of-house areas.
- Fully comply with all food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies to work safely.
About You
- You have a high energy level and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude.
- You are confident in communicating with guests and colleagues alike.
- You are a skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service.
- You know being relaxed isn't the same as being lazy.
- You are a clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus).
Experience
- You have experience within the service industry.
- You have knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros.
- You have knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
- You have personal experience of travel and travel industry.
