Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Registered Manager to lead our team of Clinical CareGivers and Non-Clinical CareGivers in providing high-quality care to Clients in their own homes.

About the Role

In this role, you will play a crucial part in building on the success of our established office. Your primary responsibility will be to manage scheduling to meet Client needs and deliver exceptional care. You will also work closely with the team to ensure clinical excellence, offering personalized care and support to Clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and inspire a dedicated team of Clinical CareGivers and Non-Clinical CareGivers.
  2. Manage scheduling to meet Client needs and deliver exceptional care.
  3. Work closely with the team to ensure clinical excellence, offering personalized care and support to Clients.
  4. Develop and oversee tailored care plans, ensuring all homecare services meet the highest standards.
  5. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim to maintain "Outstanding" ratings.
Requirements
  1. Hold current, unrestricted NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse.
  2. Hold or be working towards NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management and Leadership.
  3. Experience writing comprehensive care plans.
  4. Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding.
  5. Proven leadership in care management.
  6. Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car preferred.
  7. Passionate about homecare or interested in transitioning into home-based nursing roles.
