Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing campaigns targeted towards UK insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Marketing Efforts: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the UK market.
  • Plan and Execute Field Sales Activities: Organize and execute field sales activities and events for the region to move qualified leads through the pipeline.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including content, digital marketing, events, webinars, and analyst interactions, to enhance brand awareness and generate demand.
  • Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy and editorial calendar to create multifunctional content.
  • Marketing Innovation: Drive innovation in marketing techniques and approaches.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional project management, including communications.
  • Resource Identification: Identify internal and external resources for strategic account marketing execution.
  • Marketing Programmes: Execute marketing programmes on behalf of sales and provide guidance to representatives on executing programme elements independently.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure and analyse the success impact metrics, including existing account revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Insurance Experience: Essential
  • Insurtech Experience: Advantageous
  • Revenue Generation: Proven success in revenue generation through multi-channel demand generation campaigns and client-centric marketing
  • Account-Based Marketing: Track-record of account-based marketing
  • Enterprise Solutions: Experience in marketing enterprise solutions within the B2B sector, especially having targeted global insurance companies in the insurance industry
  • Strategic Thinking: Some strategic thinking required but will be more of an individual contributor / execution role (20% strategy, 80% execution)

Salary: C£80-90,000 base salary
