Job Summary:

EcoVadis seeks a highly skilled Global Growth Marketing Leader to drive growth and expansion of our sustainable solutions. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with expertise in paid and owned channels, website management, and team leadership.

About the Role:

  • Drove revenue growth globally in partnership with sales teams, delivering on new revenue goals while managing regional campaigns and advertising budgets.
  • Worked closely with sales and regions to forecast quarterly and annual acquisition goals, ensuring year-over-year growth and managing progress reports to leadership.
  • Developed and implemented business impact strategies, including marketing funnel forecasting, multi-channel attribution models, analytics, and dashboarding.
  • Managed a growing advertising budget to deliver new user growth while maintaining cost per acquisition (CPA) goals.
  • Oversaw the website strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs), redesigning the platform and architecture to increase site conversion and meet brand objectives.
  • Leveraged paid and owned acquisition channels – online and offline – to grow new users, optimizing existing channels for maximum efficiency.
  • Built dashboards and analyzed campaigns, collaborating with central measurement teams as needed.
  • Conducted A/B and incrementality tests to add new channels and grow existing ones.
  • Sourced and led implementation of marketing technology (martech) stack to achieve goals.
  • Hired, led, and developed a high-performing team of performance marketing channel experts and web marketers to continue growing the customer base and revenue.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of B2B and small business acquisition marketing experience in SAAS, with deep expertise across paid and owned channels, including website management.
  • Previous experience managing a team and achieving goals at the C-suite level.
  • 6+ years building, leading, coaching, and growing high-performing team members.
  • Global experience required, with ability to understand and optimize campaigns and numbers based on regional/market insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience managing and optimizing the marketing funnel, proven use of experiments to optimize critical metrics.
  • Familiarity with core tools such as Pardot, SalesForce, Hubspot, Google suite, ABM platform, LinkedIn, Marketo, etc.
  • Strong quantitative skills to analyze and synthesize raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent marketing skills and techniques, particularly brief writing, creative feedback, experimentation, campaign performance analysis, iteration/optimization, budget management.
