We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Naphill and Walters Ash School. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing specialist support to a pupil with an EHCP, working closely with the class teacher and other professionals to ensure the child receives the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver targeted interventions as set out on the child's EHCP, working closely with the class teacher and other professionals
  • Monitor the child's progress, recording interventions and reviewing progress against the EHCP
  • Liaise with the SENDCo to ensure all key information is available for SEN support plan and EHCP reviews
About the Position

This is a full-time, fixed-term position, covering maternity leave from January 2025 until July 2025. The successful candidate will work 32.5 hours per week, term time only.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £31,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
