Job Description
As the Inside Sales Operations Manager at The Portfolio Group, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and lead generation within our dynamic SaaS organization. This newly created role presents an exceptional chance for career advancement, working alongside a high-performing sales team renowned for its excellence in training, development programs, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimizing CRM-driven campaigns to develop innovative new business sales initiatives.
- Developing sales coaching and training plans across all sales structures, including management development, induction programs, and circa 60 business sales consultants.
- Liaising closely with marketing, new business, and business development teams to plan business development programs, sales campaigns, and optimize lead conversion.
What We Offer
An excellent package and incentive scheme are available for the successful candidate. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
