Nurse Position Available

NHS Scotland is committed to providing high-quality patient care, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at University Hospital Crosshouse.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care, adhering to the professional standards outlined in the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care, promoting the values of NHS Ayrshire and Arran.
- Work effectively with the team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement care plans, ensuring patient needs are met.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
- Strong sense of positive professional behaviours.
Working Hours: 34.1 hours per week.
