Business Growth Specialist

Established Facilities Management services provider seeks a Midlands based Business Growth Specialist to join its expanding team. With over 60 years of steady growth, this respected organisation offers a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to its continued success.
As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers across the UK, including Facilities Managers, Estates Managers, and Procurement Managers. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win work and influence people.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including household names such as Mitie, CBRE, HSBC, Tesco, Pizza Hut, NHS, Engie, Sainsburys, Sodexho, B&Q, Rolls Royce, and Marks and Spencer. Your remit will include identifying end-user clients and service providers, as well as managing existing accounts to ensure ongoing growth and revenue.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong negotiation and rapport-building skills, as well as the ability to excel at winning new business. You will be target-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where excellence is paramount.
This is a home-based position, covering the Southern UK patch. In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a car package and uncapped OTE, which has seen the team earn an average of £25,000 - £35,000 per year on top.
