Business Growth Specialist
">We are looking for a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team at GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED in Telford. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will also be able to develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market research, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand our customer base
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Work closely with the operations team to deliver high-quality services
Requirements:
- Strong background in sales, marketing, or business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Knowledge of the security industry and security services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
