A record number of learner drivers need teaching due to test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19. This presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with good customer service skills to become driving instructors. To succeed as a driving instructor, you'll require:

  1. Experience in the driving industry (HGV driver, delivery driver, van driver, LGV driver, or bus driver).
  2. Transferable skills from other industries like IT or Education.

Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to pass your exam and become a qualified driving instructor. We'll also support you in building a successful business.

However, becoming a driving instructor requires specific criteria. You must:
