Child Development Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Development Support Worker to join our team at our well-established Secondary School in Hounslow.
This role involves providing tailored support to our SEN pupils, helping them to develop their skills within the curriculum. As a Child Development Support Worker, you will work closely with our teaching staff, Therapists, and the SENDCO to ensure that our students receive the best possible learning experience.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting children with SEN and possess a caring and empathetic approach. They will be able to work well within a team, providing individualized support to meet the unique needs of our students.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £105-£120 per day, full-time term-time only contract, and excellent CPD opportunities.
