Dedicated Child Development Support Worker Needed

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Development Support Worker to join our team at Prospero Teaching. This is an excellent opportunity to work with young people in Dorset and surrounding areas, making a real difference in their lives.

Responsibilities

As a Child Development Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering one-to-one support to students, focusing on life skills and engagement.
  • Developing and delivering tailored learning plans to meet the needs of individual students.
  • Tracking student progress and reporting on achievements.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £20 per hour, plus a range of benefits including access to free accredited training courses, interview preparation support, and lesson planning resources.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working in an educational setting is required.
  • A valid DBS certificate, registered with the online update service, is also essential.
