In this role, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students. You will be responsible for promoting positive attitudes towards regular school attendance, developing and delivering group work and 1:1 sessions, and supporting students in alternative provision.

To succeed in this role, you will require skills in effective student-facing pastoral support, as well as an understanding of student attendance, punctuality, and behaviour data. You will need to develop strategies to address student needs and promote positive change.
