About the Job:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to take on a leadership role and lead our Multi-Site Guest Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving results in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Professional techniques/Production: Develop and maintain high standards of productivity and efficiency in all aspects of your role.
  • Talent & Culture Responsibilities: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Commercial/Sales: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve sales performance.
  • Management and Administration: Oversee daily operations and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Hygiene/Personal Safety/Environment: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • To distribute meals and drinks to guests and to check quantities and presentation based on the order taken.
  • Interfaces with all departments as necessary (Restaurant, Pub, Kitchen).
  • Ensure full knowledge of the menu and services available to Guests with the incorporation of the Good to Great 5 basics on the daily routine.
  • To provide a high level of guest comfort and service following Good to Great guidelines
  • Ensure the service regulations of the hotel are applied.
  • Preparation of the restaurant dinner buffet included presentation and food quality.
  • To adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations as set by the company
  • To maintain good working relationships with other hotel departments and team.
  • Any other additional responsibilities given by Reporting Manager

Qualifications:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience.
  • Guest-oriented, service-minded, and attentive to details.
  • Familiarity with Accor Hotels' policies and procedures.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

Note: The salary range provided is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances. The actual salary offered will be discussed during the interview process.
