TWO SAINTS is seeking a dedicated Recovery Support Specialist to join our team. As a Recovery Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to provide support and guidance throughout their recovery journey.
Main Responsibilities
- Support clients in identifying their needs through risk assessment and support planning.
- Encourage clients to engage in personal progression activities, such as education, training, and employment.
- Provide support in developing practical skills, including health, budgeting, and hygiene.
- Work with external partners to maximize opportunities for clients.
- Promote client involvement in the smooth running of the service.
Requirements
- Clear verbal and written English.
- Good IT and keyboard skills.
- Polite, assertive manner, and ability to self-motivate.
- Passion for working in a client-facing role.
- Knowledge of the benefits system and tenancy legislation.
