Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across our product teams. As a key member of our high-impact team, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and senior stakeholders to analyze user behavior, uncover insights, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Perform deep-dive analysis into customer behavior, product performance, and funnel metrics to inform decision-making.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of new features and product changes.
  • Data-Driven Product Strategy: Collaborate with product teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for new features and initiatives.

As a trusted advisor to product managers and senior leadership, you will influence product strategy through data insights. Your analysis will directly shape the direction of our product roadmap.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence in a high-growth, data-driven environment.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
