About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our team at The Stamford Bridge, a popular pub in Chester. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food standards, preparing seasonal menus and daily specials, and maintaining a 5-star rating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a range of dishes to the highest standard, including starters, mains, and desserts.
  • Support the Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients, including allergens and dietary requirements.
