Electrical Planning Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Electrical Planning Coordinator to join our Central Planning team at Global Experience Specialists. As an Electrical Planning Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of electrical projects and operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily job/works order checks to ensure all instructions are covered, including Clarity and SOP.
  • Collate information from clients and internal stakeholders, including Electrics Delivery, Client Relations, Service Centre, and Finance teams.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure order details are accurate and meet deadlines.
  • Raise purchase orders using SAGE X3, including labour, materials, and stationery.
  • Input data into our MIS system Clarity and the electrics show calendar to ensure it is always up to date.
  • Book travel and hotels for the Electrics team as required.
  • Provide administrative support within the Central Planning team, including absence and holiday cover.
  • Support the implementation of new IT systems and process methods within Central Planning.
