Electrics Planning Coordinator Role

At Global Experience Specialists, we are seeking a skilled Electrics Planning Coordinator to join our Central Planning team based at the Excel in London. As an Electrics Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating key administrative tasks within the Central Planning team, with a primary focus on Electrics.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute daily job/works order checks, ensuring instruction from all sources are covered, including Clarity and SOP.
• Collate the correct information received from clients and internal stakeholders, typically Electrics Delivery, Client Relations, Service Centre and Finance teams.
• Communicate with our clients to ensure order details are correct and meet our deadlines.
• Raise purchase orders as required using SAGE X3, including labour, materials, stationery etc.
• Input data into our MIS system Clarity and the electrics show calendar to ensure this is always kept up to date.
• Book travel and hotels for the Electrics team as required.
• Provide administrative support within the Central Planning team when required, including absence and holiday cover.
• Engage in supporting Central Planning (specifically Electrics) as we continue to grow and evolve our process methods with the implementation of new IT supported systems.

What We Offer:

This role offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience. We operate a reward strategy based on our team members receiving a salary that best reflects their experience and skill level.

Working Hours:

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday – 5pm. On occasion, you may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods to meet the demands of the business.

Annual Leave:

Our holiday entitlement is days per annum (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays).
