Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative organisation as a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by responding to enquiries, generating leads, and assisting with client relationship management. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to sales enquiries and generate leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of Symbiotics products and services.
- Prepare and send pricing proposals and contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and manage the CRM database.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should have some experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and personable approach, are essential. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise effectively, are also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to learn technical products, is necessary. A proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment is desired.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
