About the Role

Hestia Housing Support is seeking a highly skilled Fundraising and Monitoring Officer to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in securing income and reporting back to our charitable funders on the positive impact of their support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track project outcomes, producing high-quality reports for our funders.
  • Research and identify new funding opportunities, and develop relationships with grant-making trusts and foundations.
  • Support the fundraising team in securing income by preparing and submitting grant applications.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of activity, including on our Donorfy CRM database.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support fundraising and reporting efforts.

Requirements:

  • Experience in tracking project outcomes and producing high-quality reports.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organized and diligent in all aspects of work, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Numerate and confident in compiling accurate project budgets and other financial information.
  • Resourceful and tenacious in carrying out funder research across multiple sources.
