About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Assistant Practitioner to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As an Assistant Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support to prisoners at HMP Norwich.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with running groups with a range of disciplines, including DBT and CBT.
  • Carry out joint assessments with staff and assist with writing formulations and discharge reports.
  • Input into Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings and take responsibility for your own work.
  • Work 1:1 with prisoners in delivering interventions under supervision.
  • Attend and contribute to ongoing referral meetings and discussions, and engage in regular clinical supervision.
