We are seeking a Business Growth Consultant to join our team at Vivid Technology. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within the data management space.

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue. Your primary focus will be on selling enterprise B2B software solutions to FTSE 100 organizations, leveraging your knowledge of data integration, MDM, data governance, analytics, SaaS, and subscription-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory plans to target ideal customers and leverage partnerships with Solution Integrators and Channel Partners.
  • Use a consultative approach to showcase our unique value proposition and guide clients through the entire sales process.
  • Build business cases for data management projects that deliver real business value and fast ROI.
  • Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical teams to design meaningful solutions and ensure client success.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience selling enterprise B2B software solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, MDM, data governance, analytics, SaaS, and subscription-based sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC methodologies and proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint (G-Suite experience a plus).
