Job Title: Corporate and Social Responsibility Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate and Social Responsibility Executive to join our team at Liberty. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our CSR Programme and will be responsible for coordinating our own-brand ethical trade programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Liberty's own-brand ethical trade programme, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide topline reporting and trend analysis of issues identified with own-brand suppliers, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on Liberty's internal supplier database and external platforms such as the Open Supply Hub.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to upskill the business on areas such as Modern Slavery awareness and Supplier Due Diligence.
  • Design and deliver ad-hoc subject-specific training relating to risks within our supply chain, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of and understand their responsibilities.
  • Provide data for quarterly risk reports to the business, highlighting areas of concern and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Represent the business in external multi-stakeholder forums such as the ETI, promoting our commitment to CSR and sustainability.
  • Support the wider CSR objectives, including environmental regulatory reporting and ad-hoc activities in support of our charity partner.
Requirements:
  • Ability to collate data and information for accurate reporting, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience within ethical trade/CSR/Sustainability, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • IT literacy, with experience managing data and using external platforms such as the Open Supply Hub.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
