Job Description

As the ESG Leadership Director at Remote Woman, you will play a critical role in driving our company's commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies to reduce our carbon footprint and promote sustainable practices within the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into our products, services, and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct regular ESG risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the People team to promote a culture of sustainability and well-being among employees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners, to promote our ESG initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in ESG leadership with a background in environmental science, sustainable development, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of climate change impacts and corporate sustainability practices within the tech industry.
  • Strong project management and strategic planning skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical background in cloud computing, software development, or information technology.
  • Knowledge of environmental legislation, compliance standards, and certification processes relevant to the tech industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis for measuring ESG performance.
