Social Listening and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Listening and Analysis Specialist to join our global entertainment business and drive marketing success through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social listening, with previous experience using Brandwatch and Sprinklr to gather and analyse data ahead of key campaigns and product launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish a thorough understanding of online conversations and trends related to the gaming industry and game releases through the utilisation of social listening tools such as Brandwatch and Sprinklr.
  2. Analyse data from various stakeholders across multiple marketing channels to identify opportunities for marketing campaigns and strategies.
  3. Collaborate with paid marketing teams to develop and implement effective test and learn frameworks.
Requirements:
  1. Proven expertise in social listening and data analysis, with experience using Brandwatch and Sprinklr.
  2. Prior experience working on gaming clients and/or in a gaming business is desirable.
  3. A deep understanding of marketing channel analytics and measurement is required.

This role offers a competitive daily rate of £400 outside of IR35, providing an excellent opportunity for professionals to grow their skills and contribute to a dynamic team at Majorplayers.
