Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead a team of residential support workers to deliver excellent care to our residents
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and safety are maintained at all times

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:



  • Recent experience as a Children's Home Deputy Manager or as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker
  • Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
