As a key member of our Corporate Services department, you will provide administrative and transactional task support to the HR function, upholding established policies and processes.

Key Duties
  • Responding to employee queries and providing standard benefits information
  • Submitting new joiner forms to 3rd party benefits providers
  • Add/remove scheme members, updating payroll where relevant
  • Annual employee reward record update on HRIS upon scheme renewal
  • Holiday Trading Scheme-administration: processing applications and associated payroll and HRIS changes updates
  • Action elective training requests and issue standard documentation

This role offers a competitive pro-rated salary of £16,200, based on a full-time equivalent of £27,000, for 21 hours per week, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. You will work in a hybrid position based in Cambridge, providing the perfect balance of professional development and personal flexibility.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in HR administration and/or recruitment
  • Working towards qualifications: CIPD or equivalent
  • Experience working with HRIS system
