Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of the front of house area, you will provide exceptional service to clients, tenants, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and sign in visitors, providing directions as needed.
- Answer all calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Deal with queries from occupiers and guests, offering assistance in resolving issues.
- Accompany tenants and guests to hot desks and meeting rooms.
- Book, prepare, and clear meeting rooms.
- Report relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and Facilities Management team.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have customer-facing experience in hotels, restaurants, corporate settings, airlines, or marketing/events.
- Enthusiastic about delivering high-level service at all times.
- Friendly, professional, and bubbly personality.
- Excellent presentation, including a black/navy suit, white shirt, and black court shoes (with tie for males).
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: £13-£14 per hour.
- Temporary full-time contract.
