Exciting Customer-Facing Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of the front of house area, you will provide exceptional service to clients, tenants, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and sign in visitors, providing directions as needed.
  • Answer all calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Deal with queries from occupiers and guests, offering assistance in resolving issues.
  • Accompany tenants and guests to hot desks and meeting rooms.
  • Book, prepare, and clear meeting rooms.
  • Report relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and Facilities Management team.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have customer-facing experience in hotels, restaurants, corporate settings, airlines, or marketing/events.
  • Enthusiastic about delivering high-level service at all times.
  • Friendly, professional, and bubbly personality.
  • Excellent presentation, including a black/navy suit, white shirt, and black court shoes (with tie for males).

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: £13-£14 per hour.
  • Temporary full-time contract.
