Dementia Care Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Dementia Care Service Coordinator to join our team in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents living with dementia. You will work closely with our staff to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in dementia care and possess strong coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. They will also have experience working in a residential care setting and a proven track record in maintaining good working relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of high-quality care services to residents living with dementia.
  • Work closely with staff to ensure that residents receive the best possible care and support.
  • Cultivate good working relationships with stakeholders to meet business objectives and CQC compliance criteria.
