As a specialist tutor with Prospero Teaching, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils who require additional assistance to thrive in an educational setting. About the Role

You will be responsible for conducting home visits and assessments to understand each pupil's needs, followed by delivering targeted academic support in the comfort of their own home or designated off-site locations. Your expertise will help pupils overcome challenges and successfully reintegrate into mainstream education.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and understand the needs of each pupil, conducting home visits and on-boarding assessments.
  • Develop and implement tailored academic support plans, addressing specific subject areas such as English, Maths, and PSD.
  • Support pupils with reintegration into mainstream education, facilitating smooth transitions and helping them settle into new environments.
  • Provide pastoral care and conduct safe and well visits for pupils who have been absent from school.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisational skills, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering exceptional educational support. You will work independently, managing your time effectively to meet the diverse needs of our pupils.
