Key Responsibilities:- Set up and maintain the stores function, including laying out a small area and implementing numbering systems.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering equipment and supplies as needed.
- Work with a high level of accuracy and organization in recording and issuing documentation related to planned maintenance, breakdowns, and other engineering activities.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) to manage engineering databases and create reports.
- Assist in the administration of issuing and updating planned and unplanned works orders.
- Lead the use of the Engineering data base, creating reports as required.
- Update spares usage and create new parts orders.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and other related tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, stockroom coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
- Free parking available on site.
