Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Harmonize Care in Sudbury. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
- Preparing meals and snacks for clients, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
- Assisting with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and social care teams to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements:
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Female only to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
- Availability to work from 7 am to 2 pm, with flexibility to work every other weekend.
- Kind and compassionate nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
