Rate: £20.00 per hour
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a care home setting. The successful candidate will promote dignity and independence while ensuring the health and well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver care in line with NMC guidelines.
- Conduct assessments and maintain individualized care plans.
- Report health concerns and liaise with healthcare professionals.
- Uphold regulations regarding safeguarding, health, and safety.
Requirements
- Knowledge of nursing practices, including medication administration.
- Compassionate and patient with a commitment to elder care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- NMC pin required.
