About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior theatre practitioner to join our perioperative team at NHS Golden Jubilee. As a SCN/SCODP, you will be responsible for the daily management of your specialty, ensuring patients receive a high standard of safe, effective, and person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team within theatres, providing clinical supervision and supporting the delivery of patient care.
  • Collaborate with areas such as Critical Care to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to national services such as NORS and focus on utilisation, ensuring efficient use of theatres.
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of leadership and team management, particularly through change.
  • Commit to quality improvement, ensuring delivery of evidence-based care.
