Training Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Training Coordinator to join our team at Paula Berwick T/A Northants Recruit. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage training enquiries and booking requests from clients
  • Build close relationships with key decision makers to ensure customer loyalty and increase market share
  • Respond professionally and within agreed timescales to process all enquiries and booking requests received through our website, by telephone, email, or any other tool, as required
  • Offer advice and guidance on our training portfolio and related industry certification schemes
  • Gather information regarding client requirements and source relevant training courses based on the requirements provided
  • Sell the solution to the customer and establish potential future needs
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction results in repeat and expansion business
  • Meet and surpass any relevant role-related SLA targets and KPIs, as required
  • Liaise with training providers
  • Provide re-scheduling and cancellation support
  • Pro-actively develop key accounts
  • Update details on the website
  • Process dedicated enquiries
  • After-sales support
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in providing excellent customer service and working in a general sales role is preferable but not essential, as full training will be given
  • Knowledge or experience of the construction and/or training/education sector would be beneficial, but is not essential
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written communications
  • Ability to deliver in a highly targeted sales role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to work well with fellow colleagues
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent customer service and people skills, with a hands-on and customer-centric approach
  • Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative, but can also take instruction
  • Strong time management skills along with the ability to be organised and plan and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to be responsive to a fast-changing environment
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Competent user of IT systems and software
