As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing training enquiries and booking requests from clients, building close relationships with key decision makers, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage training enquiries and booking requests from clients
- Build close relationships with key decision makers to ensure customer loyalty and increase market share
- Respond professionally and within agreed timescales to process all enquiries and booking requests received through our website, by telephone, email, or any other tool, as required
- Offer advice and guidance on our training portfolio and related industry certification schemes
- Gather information regarding client requirements and source relevant training courses based on the requirements provided
- Sell the solution to the customer and establish potential future needs
- Ensure that customer satisfaction results in repeat and expansion business
- Meet and surpass any relevant role-related SLA targets and KPIs, as required
- Liaise with training providers
- Provide re-scheduling and cancellation support
- Pro-actively develop key accounts
- Update details on the website
- Process dedicated enquiries
- After-sales support
- Previous experience in providing excellent customer service and working in a general sales role is preferable but not essential, as full training will be given
- Knowledge or experience of the construction and/or training/education sector would be beneficial, but is not essential
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written communications
- Ability to deliver in a highly targeted sales role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work well with fellow colleagues
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent customer service and people skills, with a hands-on and customer-centric approach
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative, but can also take instruction
- Strong time management skills along with the ability to be organised and plan and prioritise tasks
- Ability to be responsive to a fast-changing environment
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Competent user of IT systems and software
- Holiday - 25 Days per annum, plus bank holidays (3 or 4 days to be saved for a shutdown at Christmas)
