Account Manager Lead

A leading company in the print and packaging industry is looking for a skilled Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and expansion.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have experience in the print/packaging sector, technical knowledge of the industry, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and monitoring margins to ensure profitability. Additionally, they will report on sales performance, set budgets and growth plans, and represent the company at trade shows.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Target new markets within the packaging sector to expand the customer base.
- Continually monitor margins and ensure profitability is maintained.
- Report on sales performance to budget targets and set budgets and growth plans.
- Represent the company at trade shows and events.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000+ per annum, depending on experience. The package includes an excellent benefits structure, including a vehicle allowance, private medical, and pension contributions.
