Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of UX to lead our global user experience team at Induction Healthcare Group PLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our user experience strategy and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of usability and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UX Team: You will be responsible for leading a team of UX designers, researchers, and writers to deliver high-quality user experiences for our products.
  • User Research: You will lead user research efforts to inform design decisions and ensure that our products meet the needs of our users.
  • Design Strategy: You will develop and implement a design strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and delivery, to ensure that design solutions are feasible and meet business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will manage stakeholder expectations and communicate design decisions to ensure that everyone is aligned.
  • Metrics and Reporting: You will develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our UX efforts and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You will have extensive experience managing all aspects of product design processes, preferably for a B2B SaaS product.
  • Leadership: You will have proven experience building and leading high-performing UX teams.
  • Skills: You will have strong UX/UI design skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
  • Business Acumen: You will have strong business acumen and commercially astute.
