About the Role

">

We are seeking an exceptional Night Hospital Nursing Manager to lead our team and oversee the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. The successful candidate will have experience in working with individuals with severe and enduring mental health problems, including dual-diagnosis, and a strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act.

You will be responsible for supervising and guiding staff, engaging in clinical audits, and participating in shift work and night duty on a rotational basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the success of our team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A registered nurse qualification and a strong background in mental health nursing

">

Experience in working with individuals with severe and enduring mental health problems, including dual-diagnosis

A strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act and relevant legislation

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff

A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus benefits, including:
