Military Industrial Complex Manager

We are seeking an experienced Defence Operations Director to lead our operations in the Middle East. As a General Manager, you will oversee all trading activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations while driving strategic growth and profitability.
Job Responsibilities:This is a unique opportunity to join our team as we establish our own Military Industrial complex in the region. You will be reporting to the Vice President - Defence and will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, implementing trading strategies, and analysing market trends to position the company for sustained success in a competitive environment.
Key Performance Indicators:- Develop and implement comprehensive trading strategies aligned with company goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on trading performance and market conditions to executive leadership.
- Monitor and manage trading budgets, forecasting financial performance and optimizing resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in military, Defence, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of senior-level experience in the trading sector within the defence industry, with a proven track record in managing trading operations and developing strategies that align with corporate objectives.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, with experience in recruiting, training, and developing a skilled workforce focused on building local human capabilities in the defence sector.
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
