We are seeking an experienced Military Training Instructor to join our team at one of our 34 academies. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and mentoring to learners within the L2 qualification, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate both young people and adults. They will also have up-to-date knowledge of industrial practices, gained through regular attendance at training events and camps.

This role involves:

  • Tracking learner progress and performance using our MIS system
  • Delivering physical training using the bib system
  • Facilitating Military Training Days that follow the military skills portfolios scheme of work
  • Providing support for Maths and English development
  • Promoting equal opportunities and recognition of diversity

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working within a uniformed service (minimum 3 years)
  • A military or civilian Physical Training qualification
