Job Title: Site Management Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Site Management Specialist to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a Site Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the responsive repairs team in the West London area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring materials and reporting to the office with photos of any issues on site
  • Representing the company while working within domestic properties
  • Working alongside other trades professionals to complete projects to the highest standard where necessary
  • Having relevant industry experience within social housing
  • Holding a valid SSSTS/SMSTS certificate
  • Having a full UK driving licence
