About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Travel Trade Sales Manager in Scotland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and developing new and existing relationships with local Travel Agents, driving revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance the performance of your accounts.
  • Provide mentoring, training, and guidance to agents.
  • Manage a defined territory and customer base.
  • Oversee strategic planning of sales activities and monitor revenue development.
  • Represent the business at industry events.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a B2B and B2C sales role within the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and planning skills.
  • Strong team player with a creative approach to solving commercial challenges.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, prioritising objectives, and driving performance.
  • Understanding of negotiation techniques and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Flexibility to work some weekends and evenings and travel extensively across Scotland.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Clean UK Driving License.
